Christmas Menus (For Groups 0ver 10)

OPTION 1 - Salad (Greek, Caeser, Garden) - choose one for entire group. Main (12oz Prime Rib, Chicken Maria - Breast stuffed with Feta cheese, asparagus, and topped with Marinara sauce. Baked Wild Atlantic Salmon. Each guest may choose any one of the three meals. Entrees will be followed by dessert. All meals will include everything mentioned above as well as pop, coffee, and tea.
Package Price = $30per person + Tax & Grat.

OPTION 2
Beef Souvlaki - AAA Top Sirloin lightly marinated in our blend of special seasonings, served with Greek salad, roasted potatoes and rice. Includes coffee, tea and pop.
Chicken Souvlaki -Tender marinated chicken breast fire grilled to perfection, served with Greek salad, roasted potatoes and rice.Includes coffee, tea and pop.
Shrimp Souvlaki - Tiger prawns marinated in garlic, oregano, lemon and olive oil. Fire grilled and served with Greek salad, roasted potatoes and rice. Includes coffee, tea and pop.

Bridal Menu

Each table will have a basket of freshly baked assorted rolls and served unlimited wine throughout the dinner service.

Salad

Choose from Greek, Caesar, Garden or Mimosa with wonderful dressings to accompany them.

Pasta

Our pasta course is a traditional Penne tossed in a rose sauce topped with parmigiana cheese.

Main Entree

Steak Dianne: 6 oz pan seared beef tenderloin in a creamy mushroom sauce dipped in wine and brandy.

Prime Rib au Jus:

Baked Wild Atlantic salmon: brushed with virgin olive oil and topped with fresh lemon and dill.

Chicken Maria: stuffed with feta cheese and asparagus and topped with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce.

Breast of Chicken: smothered in a cream of mushroom sauce.

Veal Parmigiana: breaded veal sauteed in a tomato sauce and topped with parmigiana cheese.

Accompaniments

Your choice of one potato and two vegetables.

Your choice of dessert from our selected menu.

All prices are per person and include the room rental, PST and GST. An additional 10% service charge will be added to the total cost.

All our packages include circulating Hors D'oeuvres and cocktails on arrival, unlimited red and white wine during dinner service and a four hour open bar with dancing.
